Valued at R$4,500, the price per square meter of Multimodal was the most expensive ever sold in Metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro and the capital, in assets of this type, according to the Tellus Rio Bravo fund, which is trying to sell another project in Caxias – a city that concentrates the main logistics spaces in the State -; O BRF Patiofor R$47.8 million.
The transaction, however, comes up against the condition of the asset, which is a “foreign property”with the Unity being the holder of the rights over it. This requires the payment of specific fees and taxes, in addition to the release of certificates so that the transaction can be completed with the Union Heritage Secretariat (SPU).
