Last Thursday (01/02), SINDOJUS/MG, represented by its General Director, Marcelo Lima Goulart, was present at the public hearing dedicated to the installation of the General Ordinary Correction in the District of Belo Horizonte/MG. The event, held in the Auditorium of the Civil and Finance Forum, was promoted by the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais (TJMG) and brought together representatives from different sectors of the Minas Gerais judiciary.

The TJMG’s Ordinary General Corrections, which take place from January to March, consist of a periodic inspection conducted by the Forum Director and other magistrates, in accordance with the Internal Affairs’ guidelines. The process begins with a public hearing in the district in question, open to all interested parties, with the purpose of receiving complaints and suggestions. During this stage, the services provided by the judicial forum, special courts, notary and registration services, justice of the peace, judicial police and local prisons are thoroughly examined.

The participation of SINDOJUS/MG in the aforementioned hearing reinforces the entity’s commitment to the transparency and efficiency of the judicial system, demonstrating its fundamental role in representing and defending the interests of evaluating judicial officers in Minas Gerais.
