The decree was published this Thursday (1st), in the Official State Gazette (DOE), which establishes, among other measures, the use of the “gov.br” portal as an access validator and authorship confirmer for advanced electronic signatures . The digital certificate will also be accepted.
The security measure regulates the rules of access to services for users (citizens and taxpayers), benefiting system users. As part of the regulation of the new e-Fazenda portal, the Government of the State of Mato Grosso do Sul established the electronic relationship system of the State Department of Finance.
Users, whether individuals or legal entities who contribute or not to state taxes, will have access to public services related to state taxes available in the restricted access area on the websites www.ms.gov.br and www.sefaz.ms.gov.br . The measure is part of the migration of the entire system, but the use of the “gov.br” portal to validate access and electronic signature must be available to users by March 31st.
To register with e-Fazenda, simply follow four simple steps: identification data, address, validation and confirmation. In addition, anyone registered with the ‘Gov.BR’ account will be able to register on the Portal and access various SEFAZ digital services, just as the INSS allows with the digital work card, unemployment insurance, among others.
