The fee is R$1.1 million. Another R$200,000 is allocated to the artist’s accommodation and transportation. The payment was divided into five installments.
This value of the contract, signed in September last year, is three times greater than the entire amount allocated to the budget of the city’s Culture department, of around R$413 thousand.
The document also provides that the municipality is responsible for paying for accommodation in a hotel with a level of service and comfort with a level of excellence, in addition to local transport, dressing room and equipment porters.
