Government of Pará and City Hall advance in negotiations to begin works in the first half of 2024

The State government opened, through the Pará Economic Development Company (Codec), the bidding session for environmental licensing for the construction of the first Industrial Condominium in the north of Pará, in the municipality of Castanhal, northeast of the State, according to Law 13,303/20016 and Codec’s Internal Regulations for Tenders and Contracts. The opening took place on Monday, the 13th, and works are expected to begin in the first half of 2024.
After the competition, with the price analysis and proposal classification stages, a contract will be signed to carry out the service provision. Codec’s Director of Execution and Project Management, Raimundo Wanderley, highlighted the next steps to be followed. “After the bidding, we will take another big step towards the completion of the condominium, which is the beginning of the works, by hiring an engineering company to implement the civil works”, informed the director.
The Castanhal Industrial Condominium has a different format for entrepreneurs who wish to undertake strategically in Pará. There are 113 initial industrial lots, spread over 4.35 km of roads, available to investors, with a strategic location for the flow of products and services, at km 04 of the PA-136 highway, 5 km away from the BR-316 federal highway, an important transport route.
The value of each lot will be made available after the completion of the real estate development process. With the completion of this stage, it will be possible to make available not only the value of the lot but also the condominium fee.
