Teacher is filmed having sex with 15-year-old student and is fired from school by the Department of Education in AC | Acre

A Flodoardo Cabral School teacher, in Cruzeiro do Sul, was caught having sex with a 15-year-old student, in a forested area in the rural area of ​​the city in the interior of Acre. The scene was filmed in August, but began circulating on social media this Tuesday (14).

After the repercussion of the case, the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (SEE) informed, in a note, that the man was a temporary teacher at the state school in Cruzeiro do Sul and that the contract with him was “terminated immediately”. Furthermore, the department stated that it requested the opening of an internal process to properly investigate the information.

“The safety, physical, mental or moral integrity of students, in addition to the quality of teaching, is a priority for this management, and any acts that may violate these principles are not permitted”, says the note signed by secretary Aberson Carvalho.

The director of the Flodoardo Cabral School, Lucilene Oliveira, stated that shortly after they became aware of the case, in September, the teacher was returned to the secretariat and the student’s family was advised to contact the Civil Police.

“At first, the person who made the complaint said he was not a student, but with the help of the family, we discovered that it really was the boy and when we found out, we already returned the teacher who was working with service provision. . This was at the beginning of September that we found out. Immediately, we returned it to the secretariat with a report and advised the family to contact the minor’s police station and the problem was resolved”, stated Lucilene.

O g1 contacted delegate Renan Santana to find out if the Civil Police would investigate the case, and he informed that he was aware of the situation, but that he should provide more details on Monday (20), due to the holiday.

The school director added that this type of case is not disclosed by the school, so as not to expose the students. “It is a case that happened a long time ago, it has been resolved for over a month, they have taken all the necessary measures. Now, it’s a case that we don’t publicize, which involves minors, involves students. We have to understand that we are working with teenagers, with minors. And these minors, yes, need to be protected. It cannot be exposed like this.”

She also said that this was the only episode involving this teacher, and that until then they had not had any problems with him. And she highlighted that the case did not happen at school or in any school activity, but in a location in a rural area.

“He was a good teacher in the classroom, but he had a somewhat questionable conduct, difficult to fit into the school’s standards. We do not tolerate this type of conduct in any way. Any professional who is sent to the school to provide services, be it a teacher, support, regardless of what they will do within the school, when we receive it, the first thing we advise is that we work with teenagers, regardless of their sexual orientation , that doesn’t matter to us, but what matters is respect. So, here the person is a professional and is there to guide the students, not to get involved with them”, he concluded.
