This Wednesday, 15th, the national holiday of the Proclamation of the Republic, Boa Vista City Hall will keep all essential services in operation. The household waste collection service will operate without interruption. The Municipal Civil Guard will also be on standby, ensuring the safety of citizens and public property, as well as agents from the Municipal Traffic Superintendence (Smtran) and the 156 Call Center.
Public transportation – It will remain in operation throughout the day, with only fleet and schedule changes. You buss will operate at regular hours, from 6am to midnight, however with 70% of the fleet in circulation. Already the capacity taxis will work from 6am to 2pm. Conventional ones operate freely.
Municipal Health – Essential services will operate normally: the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU/BV) and the Children’s Emergency Room at Hospital da Criança Santo Antônio (HCSA).
Municipal markets – The spaces will operate at the usual hours for weekends and holidays, from 6am to 2pm. The following are part of the City Hall’s market structure:

State government
The Government of Roraima informs that this Wednesday, November 15th, a holiday commemorating the Proclamation of the Republic, only essential services will operate within the government structure.
Business hours return to normal on Thursday, November 16th.
Health
Health units that provide urgent and emergency care, such as Pronto Socorro Airton Rocha, Pronto Socorro Francisco Elesbão, Hospital Materno Infantil Nossa Senhora de Nazareth, Hospital das Clínicas Dr. Wilson Franco Rodrigues and Pronto Atendimento Cosme e Silva will operate normally.
The services at the Maria Luiza Castro Perin Women’s Health Reference Center, the Roraima State Pathology Laboratory, the Cardiology and Imaging Diagnosis Center and the Cosme e Silva Polyclinic will return to their activities on Thursday, October 16th.
The activities of Hemoraima (Hemotherapy and Hematology Center of Roraima) will also be suspended during the holiday, resuming normality on Thursday, the 16th.
CAER
This Wednesday, November 15th, there will be no face-to-face service at the Company’s units, due to the Proclamation of the Republic holiday. Service will return on Thursday, 16.
Maintenance services for the water supply and sewage treatment networks will operate on an on-call basis, as well as the Treatment Stations and Pumping Stations.
Customers who require assistance should contact the company through the available service channels.
Firemen
Military firefighters specializing in pre-hospital care, firefighting, rescue from heights, land, vehicles, search, rescue and diving operations will be employed daily.
In Boa Vista, the service will operate with two Fire Fighting Trucks, with a capacity of 5 thousand liters of water each, an Urban Accident Rescue ambulance, a vehicle from the Search and Rescue Company, a vehicle from the Fire Fighting Group, Forest Fire, in addition to the Operations Commander’s vehicle.
In Caracaraí, Rorainópolis and Pacaraima, firefighters will maintain daily services in companies with firefighting trucks, rescue garrisons and Search and Rescue and forest firefighting teams. In all barracks there will be divers on duty.
Occurrences involving victims trapped in hardware, fires in homes, businesses and vehicles, among others, must be reported immediately to the Military Fire Brigade Operations Center by calling 193.
Civil defense
Roraima’s Civil Defense remains on high alert during the holiday and in any emergency, the population can call 199.
The teams will provide all necessary support in any situation that is beyond normality and that requires the use of personnel to support the affected population.
PM
Overt and preventive policing will normally occur in the capital and in the interior, including the garrisons of the “Polícia na Rua” program, specialized policing and Border Policing Companies. These teams will operate in vehicles, motorcycles and mounted police.
The population can call the PMRR through 190 or the Police on the Street app, available for Android and IOS.
Civil police
Service at Civil Police units will take place in all police districts of the Capital to register a Police Report.
Citizens can also register the Police Report online, through the Sinesp Virtual Police Station (National Public Security Information System).
A team of police officers attends to the registration made by the citizen online, analyzes and forwards the incident report to the email provided and the procedure will be forwarded for action.
Cases of domestic and intra-family violence can be registered at the Specialized Women’s Assistance Police Station, which operates 24 hours a day. Cases that require an Urgent Protective Measure or expert request must be registered at the Flagrant Center. Deam is located at Casa da Mulher Brasileira, on Rua Uraricoera, s/n, São Vicente neighborhood.
In the most serious cases, in which it becomes necessary to issue requests or draw up a report of arrest in the act or a detailed statement of occurrence, the work will be concentrated at the Central de Flagrantes, at the headquarters of the 5th DP, located on Rua Parque Industrial, s/ n, in the Industrial District.
