São José, in Greater Florianópolis, is home to the largest and most visited Santa Claus house in Santa Catarina. With Christmas magic passing through the 425.9 m², the place enchants visitors with decoration that brings back the true Christmas spirit.

The good old man’s home is still undergoing maintenance to welcome visitors. Noel lives at Casa da Cultura Nésia Melo da Silva, in the center of São José.
Visitation will be available from November 25th to December 23rd. Visiting hours will be from 4pm to 10pm.
In 2022, Santa Claus’s house received 80,000 visitors, and while it is not yet possible to see the place, see what it was like last year.

Christmas schedule in São José
The Secretary of Culture and Tourism, Charles Colzani, announced the Christmas program, which, according to him, several cultural attractions that bring back the magic and spirit of Christmas are being prepared by the city’s City Hall.
“Every day, except Monday, which will be dedicated to maintenance, there will be a special program, with shows and other attractions”, he revealed.
All programming is free. In the coming days, City Hall will release more details and the complete schedule of the city’s largest and most traditional Christmas event.
