A cold front advances at sea and passes along the coast of São Paulo and Rio De Janeiro, but without having the strength to cause major changes in the weather in the Southeast Region.
Low atmospheric pressure over Paraguay and the persistence of hot and humid winds coming from the North of Brazil stimulate the growth of more heavy clouds over the South Region, which remains on alert for heavy and voluminous rain.
A mass of hot air remains over Brazil, maintaining temperatures well above normal over the Southeast, Central-West, part of the Northeast and North of Brazil.
Hot and dry air predominates in the Northeast and humid and hot air predominates over the North.

South region
Low atmospheric pressure over Paraguay and the persistence of hot and humid winds coming from the North of Brazil stimulate the growth of more heavy clouds over the South Region.
The three states remain at risk of heavy and voluminous rain. This Wednesday, the rain will be more intense and frequent in the north and northwest of Rio Grande do Sul and in the southwest of Paraná, where Foz do Iguaçu is located.
In the south of Paraná, in Santa Catarina and in all other areas of Rio Grande do Sul, the day is always cloudy, rain showers happen at any time, but the sun may appear from time to time.
In the north, center and east of Paraná, the sun is strong, it is very hot and there are rain showers with lightning in the afternoon and part of the night.
Curitiba is the hottest capital in the South
Southeast region
The intense heat and the passage of a cold front along the coast of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro stimulate the formation of heavy clouds over part of the Southeast Region.
In the north of the state of Rio de Janeiro, in Espírito Santo, in the Minas Gerais regions of Vale do Rio Doce and Vale do Jequitinhonha, the sun appears strong with some clouds, but there are no conditions for rain.
In all other areas of Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro and the state of São Paulo, the heat is still intense, the sun is strong and there are some rain showers with lightning in the afternoon and at night.
Rain can be heavy in small areas and occurs for a short duration.
Belo Horizonte and São Paulo are among the hottest capitals in the country this Wednesday.
Midwest region
Hot air predominates over the Central-West Region of the country, keeping temperatures quite high throughout the Region. Heavy clouds grow in several areas of the Region.
The sun appears strong throughout the day, it is very hot and there are conditions for rain showers with lightning in the afternoon and evening in all states and the Federal District. The rain is short-lived, but can be moderate to heavy in small areas.
The rain is more voluminous in the south of Mato Grosso do Sul because of the influence of low atmospheric pressure in Paraguay, which facilitates the formation of large clouds. It should only not rain in the extreme northeast of the state of Mato Grosso, in areas bordering Tocantins and Pará.
Cuiabá, Goiânia and Campo Grande are among the hottest capitals.
Northeast Region
Dry air predominates over the Northeast and inhibits the growth of large clouds over most of the Region.
The forecast is for a day with strong sun in all states, with temperatures that can exceed 40°C in areas of western Bahia, the interior of Maranhão and Piauí and the hinterland.
A few rain showers are expected to occur along the coast, in Zona da Mata and Agreste, from the south of Bahia to Piauí. Maranhão has rain showers with lightning in the afternoon and at night, but in isolation.
Teresina is among the hottest capitals in the country.
North region
Humid and warm air predominates over the North Region and allows the formation of heavy clouds over most of the Region.
Dry weather and strong sun prevail throughout almost all of Pará and Tocantins. It only rains from the afternoon onwards in the far north of these states.
Roraima also has a lot of sun and heat, with rain showers forecast from the afternoon onwards, except in the south of the state. The sun also predominates in the northeast of Amazonas, in the Itacoatiara region.
In the central-west and south of Amazonas, in Acre and Rondônia, rain showers with lightning occur at any time, interspersed with periods of sun and there is a risk of heavy rain.
