A 34-year-old man was arrested this Tuesday morning (14/11), after throwing a punch and breaking the windshield of a car, last Saturday (11/11), in a parking lot in Setor Comercial Sul, in Brasília. The entire action was filmed by the driver himself, who was inside the car.
The incident occurred around 7am. According to the driver, he refused to give money to the man known in the region as “Gordinho”. Angry, the flannel decided to break the car’s windshield. The victim decided to go to the 5th Police Station (Great Areas North Sector), on Tuesday morning, to file a police report against the accused.
With the video and record of the incident in hand, the agents from the 5th DP went to the same place where the flannel broke the windshield, and found the perpetrator. During investigations, it was discovered that he worked irregularly as a car keeper. He was arrested red-handed for the crimes of extortion, damage, possession of drugs for personal consumption and the criminal misdemeanor of illegally exercising his profession.
The flannel was taken to the Federal District Civil Police (PCDF) prison, where he will undergo a custody hearing. All crimes committed by “Gordinho” can exceed 13 years in prison.
