The National Institute of Meteorology (Inmet) issued, this Tuesday (14), a warning of 50 mm of rain, intense winds between 40 km/h and 60 km/h and hail for cities in Minas Gerais. The alert is valid until the end of the day.
The yellow alert, of potential danger, indicates that there is a risk of electricity cuts, damage to crops, falling branches and trees and flooding during the rainy season.
The cities under alert are in the South and Zona da Mata regions.
