The Regularize Program, promoted by the Water and Sewage Service of the State of Acre (Saneacre), is offering customers in the capital and interior of the state special conditions for renegotiating water debts, until the end of December.
The president of the municipality, José Bestene, sees positive results in the initiative, which contributes to an increase in investments, meeting one of the goals of the Gladson Cameli administration, which is to increase the rates of universal sanitation in Acre.
According to Bestene, “the water supply service is everyone’s right and the population must be aware that contributions are necessary”. With this, the State obtains revenue and can offer improvements to the system, to guarantee safe and quality sanitation.
Program participants have the advantage of paying their debts in up to 48 installments, in addition to being able to enjoy discounts of up to 100% on interest and fines.
To regularize accounts, customers can look for a Saneacre branch in their municipality, from Monday to Friday, from 7am to 2pm, or at the OCAs in Brasileia, Xapuri and Cruzeiro do Sul. For more information, visit: saneacre.ac.gov.br or call 0800 254 3003.
