The State Pension Superintendence (Suprev) is calling on retirees and pensioners, whose birthdays are in November, to take the life test. The group is made up of 8,842 beneficiaries from the State Executive Branch and 244 from the Court of Justice and Public Prosecutor’s Office.
Those selected must undergo the procedure by the 30th to avoid the risk of having the benefit suspended.
The State Social Security call schedule always follows the month of the beneficiary’s birthday. Suprev’s Beneficiary Relationship Coordinator, Sílvia Machado, informs that those summoned who are up to date with the schedule and registered with TRE and Senatran must take the Digital Life Proof from any cell phone with internet access through the GOV application .BR. To update, simply download the app and open an account at GOV.BR.
On YouTube from the State Administration Secretariat (Saeb), users can find a video with complete step-by-step instructions for the procedure.
The coordinator also warns that there are pending issues in the proof of life of 1,322 beneficiaries for the month of October. “In cases of possible suspensions, payment is resumed as the beneficiary undergoes the procedure”, advises Sílvia.
In addition to the digital version, beneficiaries can choose to provide proof of life via video service or in person. In these two cases, the service is available to all those summoned, including latecomers, with prior booking through BA.GOV.BR or at the Suprev/SAC call center on 0800 071 5353 (for free calls by cell phone or landline, from anywhere in Brazil) and (071) 4020-5353 (for Salvador and the Metropolitan Region, from a landline or cell phone).
