Regulated taxi drivers in Salvador who signed a Term of Commitment to present the Social Security certificate of regularity and whose identification card expires until this Friday (10) must update the document from next Monday ( 13). Around 600 authorized agents and assistants must update the card’s expiration date, regulated in accordance with legislation. The procedure will be carried out at the headquarters of the Special Transport Coordination (Cotae), in Barris, until December 1st. The sector operates from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Authorizers and auxiliaries were divided according to the first letter of their names. Those with names starting with the letter A will be served from Monday (13). Names starting with the letter B will be accepted from this Tuesday (14th), and so on, according to the table below.

Anyone who does not show up on the scheduled date must make an appointment via the website www.agendamentomobilidade.salvador.ba.gov.br. However, drivers who do not show up on the scheduled date, according to the table, will be considered irregular and may suffer administrative penalties.

To renew the document, no fee will be charged. Anyone who does not have an identification card on hand must present a police report, as well as a 5×7 photo and driver’s license so that a new document can be issued.
