Images from security cameras were released showing the moment when councilor Alcenyr Maldonado (PL), known as Cici Maldonado, passed armed on his street in the direction of a man on a motorcycle, last Tuesday night (7), before of being killed.
The cameras also recorded the movement of motorcyclists suspected of having killed the councilor. See the video below:
Maldonado died after being shot at the door of his house, in the Porto da Madama neighborhood, in São Gonçalo, in the metropolitan region of Rio de Janeiro.

At the time of the crime, an advisor to the councilor arrived at the property, located on Avenida Antenor Martins, when he was approached by criminals, who announced a robbery.
According to investigations, the councilor had gone out to check what was happening on the street and ended up shot. The men fled.
Madonado was taken alive to the emergency room in Zé Garoto, in the central region, but he did not survive. The Civil Police are investigating who the perpetrators of the shooting were.
