PRF and SEFAZ/RN seize 13 thousand pieces of clothing without receipt in Mossoró

Goods were transported without any documentation
The Federal Highway Police (PRF), in joint action with the State Department of Finance (Sefaz), seized a large quantity of clothing items without receipts. The action announced by the PRF this Thursday (9) took place last Wednesday afternoon (8).
According to the federal agency, during a joint inspection with SEFAZ/RN, at km 57 of BR 304, in Mossoró/RN, a travel bus was approached and it was found that the baggage tax documents did not correspond to the quantity of merchandise transported.
Through more in-depth inspection, thirteen thousand pieces of clothing were found without any documentation proving the origin of the cargo, and a tax crime was found that resulted in taxes and fines, amounting to 14 thousand reais.
