It’s not long before the new Ford Ranger Raptor arrives in Brazil. Confirmed by the American automaker as one of its 2023 launches in the country, the sports version of the pickup was shown for the first time in Brazil this week, in an exclusive event for the brand’s dealers.

The images were published by the @exoticsbrasil profile on Instagram. With a radical look and special suspension prepared by the company FOX, the new Ford Ranger Raptor is now sold in Argentina. On the outside, the version features off-road tires and features a front grille with the Ford name written in full instead of the logo.

Inside, the finish features exclusive details in red and piano black. Among the standard items, the sports version has an adaptive exhaust, a premium sound system from Bang & Olufsen and safety assistants and semi-autonomous driving.

Under the hood, the Ranger Raptor sold in Brazil should bring the same configuration to the Argentine brothers. It is a 3.5 V6 biturbo gasoline engine, which offers 397 hp and 583 Nm. The transmission is the 10-speed automatic used by the Ford Mustang, and the traction system is 4WD.

Prices have not yet been released, but it is likely that the new Ford Ranger Raptor will arrive in Brazil by the end of this year for more than R$400,000. This is because, in addition to the special and exclusive preparation, the sports pickup will come from Thailand.
