A 16-year-old teenager was surprised by gunfire after opening the gate of his house in Manhuaçu, in Zona da Mata, this Wednesday (November 8). The crime suspect had not been found until the publication of this article.
According to information from the Military Police of Minas Gerais (PMMG), the teenager told the police that he had arrived home thirty minutes before the attack, to visit his family. Suddenly, someone knocked on the residence’s gate.
The young man went to open it and came across a man, who pointed a gun at his face and fired. The victim managed to close the gate quickly, and the bullet did not hit him. The teenager ran into the house and heard more shots, which hit the walls.
Forensics were on site, and the case will be investigated.
