The MP-RJ (Public Ministry of Rio de Janeiro) gave a favorable opinion to the request, with the condition that precautionary measures be applied.

The hearing at the 27th Criminal Court of the Capital It started around 5pm and lasted around four hours. During the session, eight witnesses were heard — five for the prosecution and one for the defense, in addition to the victim. Yuri was also interrogated.
The accused was arrested red-handed after attacking the actor, on September 2nd, at the entrance of the building where he lived in Copacabana. The building’s security cameras captured the crime.
The defendant was charged with the crimes of false identity, insult and bodily harm. The defendant is detained in the Bangu Complex, in the west of the capital.
