On the morning of this Wednesday, 8th, the Civil Police of Acre, through the Police Station to Combat Robbery and Extortion – DCORE, executed an arrest warrant issued against the national DSM, 29 years old.
The author was arrested in a high-end residence, located in the Bosque neighborhood, in this capital.
According to the investigation, on December 11, 2021, residents of a residence located in Ramal do Moreira, in Rio Branco, were surprised, at around 3 am, by the action of several agents, who were armed with weapons. of fire, they surrendered the victims, tied and gagged them.
The victims were kept in private prison, while other criminals transported the family’s vehicle to the border between Brazil and Bolivia.
With the quick action of the Civil Police, through the Bujari, Plácido de Castro and Anti-Robbery and Extortion Police Stations – DCORE, the vehicle was recovered on the same date.
In the action, there was also the arrest in the act of two agents, including the suspect arrested on this date, who was released the following day after participating in a custody hearing.
Fortunately, the investigations took place, and the investigators collected evidence, which served as the basis for the conviction of the author DS M, to a sentence of 10 years and five months in prison.
Considering the final and unappealable sentence, today the DCORE investigators were successful in locating and arresting the convicted man. Out of circulation, the prisoner was placed at the disposal of Justice.
