Rio Grande do Norte closed the month of September with a positive balance of 4,254 new formal jobs. Data from the General Register of Employed and Unemployed Persons (Novo Caged), released at the end of last month, were shared this Wednesday (08) by deputy Hermano Morais (PV) during the Plenary Session.
Natal was the city with the best performance in job creation, accounting for 1,295 vacancies. Four other municipalities stood out: Mossoró (1,251), São Gonçalo do Amarante (554), Assu (331) and Ceará Mirim (222).
The deputy also highlighted that of the five sectors analyzed by Novo Caged, Rio Grande do Norte had a positive balance in all of them, with 1,622 vacancies in the Services sector, 1,061 in Agriculture, 882 in Commerce, 592 in Construction and 97 in Industry.
“We believe in the growth of RN due to its potential. We have enormous potential that is beginning to be better utilized in renewable energy, mining, fruit growing, agriculture, services and we also need to recover our performance in tourism, so that, by generating more jobs and income, we have better development ”, declared Hermano.
