The National Institute of Colonization and Agrarian Reform (Incra) notified this Wednesday (8), through Notice No. 1,181/2023, 68 beneficiaries of the agrarian reform in Bahia for committing irregularities in the exploitation of the lot. These people come from 13 agrarian reform areas located in nine municipalities in the state.
According to information from Incra, those cited have until December 8 to present their defense. If they do not submit any statement, they may be excluded from the National Agrarian Reform Program (PNRA).
Justification
Allegations can be sent to the email [email protected] or filed at the Incra/BA headquarters, located at Avenida Ulisses Guimarães, 640, Sussuarana, in the Administrative Center of Bahia (CAB), CEP 41213- 000, in Salvador.
Defenses can still be sent by mail, but only in the “registered letter” format, as long as the posting is made within the 30 days stipulated by the notice.

Notified
The largest number of people listed in this notice is in the Andaraí I settlement, in the municipality of Andaraí, in Chapada Diamantina. In Wenceslau Guimarães, located in the Baixo Sul region, there are the agrarian reform areas Boa Sorte, São João and Ernesto Che Guevara.
Eleven notified beneficiaries are in Cajueiro and Terra Prometida, located in Nova Soure (BA), in the Semiarid Northeast II territory. In Uruçuca (BA), on the South Coast of the state, there are five mentioned from the São Jorge and Rochedo and Others settlements.
