The National Electricity Distribution Seminar (Sendi) 2023, the largest energy distribution event in Latin America that takes place until next Friday (10), at the Pavilhão de Carapina, in Serra, brings something new this year: a space dedicated to presenting startups. More than 20 innovative projects will be showcased, including augmented reality, artificial intelligence (AI), electric car supply and IoT (Internet of Things) management in the electricity sector.
At the meeting, which brings together around 3,500 participants, the country’s main energy concessionaires, professionals in the field and investors will have the opportunity to learn about solutions developed by these companies, with a focus on digitalization, energy efficiency and clean and renewable energy. Among the startups that will be present are EcoDot, Sense+, Concert Technologies, Essenz Soluções, Sintropie-R, Thingable!, Brax and Asset Connect. Check out the list of all participants here.
One of the models, for example, offers digital information about the real world through augmented reality technology to employees of energy companies who work in the field. There are also innovations in the area of regulatory processes and products that use digital intelligence to help monitor your processes with the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel).
The central axis of the event will be ESG — an acronym in English for Environmental, Social and Governance and which, translated into Portuguese, means Environment, Social and Governance —, addressing success stories and practices with themes related to the macro trends of transformation of the energy sector.
