‘WELCOME TO AMAZONAS’ SHOW
The Amazonas Band presents this Thursday, November 9th, at 8pm, the concert ‘Bem-Vindo ao Amazonas’. The repertoire includes compositions by Arturo Sandoval, Bob Mintzer, as well as Brazilians Tom Jobim, Vinicius, Gil and the participation of Marcia Siqueira. The show is conducted by Rui Carvalho. Entry is free.
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 10
DISNEY IN CONCERT
Teatro Amazonas hosts the show ‘Disney in Concert’ by the Akalanto project, this Friday, November 10, 2023, at 8 pm. Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid and The Lion King are some of the classic films and musicals that will be presented in the show. V SPATODEA REPERTORY SHOW
On Saturday, November 11th, Teatro Amazonas hosts the ‘V Espatódea Trupe Repertory Exhibition’, in two sessions. The first takes place at 3pm with attractions aimed at children, and at 7pm, with youth and adult shows. ‘THE NUTCRACKER IN THE WORLD OF SWEETS’ SHOW
Ballet Álvaro Gonçalves will present the show ‘The Nutcracker and the Enchanted Kingdom of Sweets’ at Teatro Amazonas, in Manaus. The performance takes place on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at 7 pm. The company presents the story of the girl Clara who, on Christmas Eve, receives a visit from her godfather, Herr Drosslmeyer, who presents her with an enchanted doll, the magnificent Nutcracker.
