Floripa Ghosts win the Super Final of the Copa do Brasil and are Brazilian flag football champions | SC

Valuing the gold between Ghosts and Scorpions, the people from Santa Catarina scored 34 to 12 against the team from Rio Grande do Norte and took the championship title, which was played in São José dos Campos, in São Paulo, and featured 15 teams from 10 states.

In addition to the title, Floripa Ghosts had the individual highlight with the best offensive player, Nicolas Quadro, who won the attack MVP. The defensive MVP went to Matheus Oliveira, from Scorpions.

After a year of a lot of work, training, a lot of people giving up a lot to dedicate themselves to the project, there is nothing more enjoyable than crowning such a fun project to work on with a national champion trophy — said Nicolas Quadro, Ghosts player.

Founded six years ago, Floripa Ghosts are three-time champions of the South Regional of the Brazilian Flag Football Cup, but won the national title for the first time in the sport, which has gained the spotlight after being included in the Olympics.
