The former president of the Regional Electoral Court of Santa Catarina, retired judge Fernando Carioni, spoke out on social media with scathing criticisms of Minister Luis Roberto Barroso, who will be in Florianópolis tomorrow to speak at the National Congress of State Attorneys.

The Santa Catarina judge accuses Barroso of fighting in Congress against the printed vote and having contributed to making the election of PT member Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva viable.

See what Fernando Carioni says:

“The people of Santa Catarina cannot forget that the minister who worked in the Federal Chamber was disqualified so that we did not reach the printed vote. And still following his evil path, he concentrated the election investigations in the Superior Electoral Court, in order to formalize his objectives of victory for the thief.

I had the enormous opportunity, as Regional Electoral Inspector and after serving as president of TRE-SC, to resign myself and demonstrate to the country the full exercise of judicial activism exercised by this disqualified character.

I am embarrassed that an institution would bring him to our State to blatantly lie, as he lacks any morals and character to set foot on Santa Catarina soil. My contempt for the character and the organizers of the event.”
