The Gaúcha Foundation for Labor and Social Action (FGTAS) promotes 8th edition of EmpregarRS, the biggest employment event in the state. It will be held on Friday (10/1), from 9am to 4pm, in Porto Alegre (at Vida Centro Humanístico, Av. Baltazar de Oliveira Garcia, 2132) and in the interior (at FGTAS/Sine Agencies). EmpregarRS will bring together job offers, job interviews and professional guidance activities. In Porto Alegre, the event already has 1,112 job vacancies available and 26 confirmed companies.
The occupations with the highest number of vacancies available in the capital are: inbound telemarketing operator (380), security assistant (80), cashier (70), merchandise replenisher (50), bakery attendant (50), operator active telemarketing (50), pharmacy attendant (50) and store and market attendant (40).
To speed up service on the day of the event, workers will be able to collect, in advance, between November 6th and 9th, their referral letters for the EmpregarRS interviews in Porto Alegre. Interested parties must present an identification document with CPF and photo. The options for obtaining the license are:

- Center (Rua José Montaury, 31) – from 8am to 4pm
- FGTAS/Sine Agency Azenha (av. Dr. Carlos Barbosa, 618) – from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 5pm
- Tudo Fácil Zona Sul (av. Wenceslau Escobar, 2666) – From 8am to 4pm
- Everything Easy North Zone (av. Baltazar de Oliveira Garcia, 2132) – From 8am to 4pm
Mobile Sine (7/11 to 9/11)
- The service will be from 1pm to 5pm, at Vida Centro Humanístico (Av. Baltazar de Oliveira Garcia, 2132);

On the day of EmpregarRS, referral letters will also be provided at the event venues, upon distribution of tickets on a first-come, first-served basis. Workers must present an identification document with CPF and photo.
Employers interested in making vacancies available and conducting job interviews for free on EmpregarRS can contact the FGTAS/Sine Agency in the municipalities until Tuesday (7/11).

The Fundação Gaúcha do Trabalho e Ação Social is the institution executing the State government’s public policies on work, employment and social development. In addition to providing job vacancies, FGTAS works to develop skills and knowledge favorable to the qualification of workers and their insertion into the world of work.
Since 2015, it has carried out EmpregarRS, which counts more than 120 thousand workers served and more than 26 thousand job vacancies made available. The event promotes economic and social development with a focus on employability, bringing together companies that need to hire professionals and workers looking for a job opportunity.
