Those who have not yet been vaccinated will have the opportunity to complete the vaccination card this Saturday (5/27). More than 60 locations will be available to immunize the population of the Federal District. In addition to basic units, the vaccine can be found in malls, fairs, subway stations and regional administration offices. Altogether there will be 100,000 doses of vaccines ready for application for what is considered Vaccination D-Day.

Shopping Boulevard in Asa Norte, Shopping JK in Asa Norte, Feira do Guará, Feira dos Importados in Taguatinga and the Furnas subway station are just some of the places that will have the vaccine. A complete list of opening hours is available on the Ministry of Health website.

According to the secretary of health, in all places will be offered the vaccine against influenza (flu), indicated for all people with at least six months of age. There will also be an application of immunizers against Covid-19 for babies from six months old, children, adolescents, adults and the elderly, with availability of the bivalent for all people over 18 who have already taken at least the first two doses.

There will also be vaccinations provided for in the routine calendar (HPV, meningitis, polio, yellow fever, tetanus, hepatitis, etc.). A complete list with addresses and opening hours of participating locations is available on the SES website.

She also recalls that those with late vaccines may receive more than one application on the same day and recalled the safety of immunizers. “There is no adverse event that is so superior to the importance of the vaccine in the arm, which is protection”, she guarantees.

For D-Day, a logistical operation was set up to ensure supplies for both the UBSs and mobile teams. On Saturday, ten vehicles must serve the places where the number of doses is low.

Interested parties must bring a photo ID and vaccination card.
