The Euvaldo Lodi Institute – IEL, regional nucleus of PB launches this Thursday, 05/25 the Platform for Selection Processes. The System is ready to adequately serve companies, industries, institutions, government agencies and city halls that wish to make their selection of interns in an efficient and organized manner.
For candidates who wish to participate in the IEL selection processes, the platform will provide more convenience at the time of registration. As for companies and city halls, the tool will make it possible to monitor each stage of the selection process, with transparency and agility.
Municipalities have been great catalysts in this process of generating opportunities for students in their municipalities.
“More and more companies, and in particular the city halls of Paraíba, have realized the importance of having interns on their staff, they are professionals in training who are aware of what the market needs, and can contribute a lot to the evolution of processes in an entity public or private”, explained Raquel Leite, superintendent of IEL – PB.
