Prezunic will open a supermarket in Laranjeiras, according to the brand in the South Zone of Rio

The brand will inaugurate a branch on the ground floor of a condominium that is being built on the corner of Orange Streets with the Ipiranga. There is no word yet on when the new store will open. This will be Prezunic’s second venture in the South Zone of Riothe first was opened in Botafogoat Rua General Polidoro.

The first Prezunic supermarket in Rio opened in 2002, in the neighborhood of Benficaat North Zone from the city. Currently, the brand has 31 stores located in Rio de Janeiro and in several municipalities.

In 2012, the network became part of Cencosud Brazilwhich also owns the supermarkets Spid, GBarbosa, Mercantil Atacado, Perini, Bretas, Giga Atacado and the Cencosud CardFinancial Services business in the country.
