With the calendar full in 2024, Paysandu will begin this Monday, the 20th, work with the players already weighing in on next season. Athletes will receive a schedule to perform activities, which will be monitored remotely by physical trainers.
It has been more than 30 days since the bicolor athletes have performed activities at the Curuzu Stadium. The last day of players’ exercise supervised by the club took place in the friendly against Castanhal, on October 11th.
We are going to start a more targeted training booklet, in which athletes will be doing strength work, aerobic and anaerobic resistance work, so that before the pre-season they can create a very solid foundation for both strength development and cardiorespiratory development. .
