Education has undergone rapid and constant transformations around the world. Not only has technology gained prominence, but also educational practices such as: classroom flipping, project-based teaching and active dynamics. Motivational factors for teachers, tutors and student support teams could not be left out of the changes, after all, education is the result of direct interaction between people.
When we separate technology, processes and people and look for the best institutions in Brazil, that is, those that are a reference in each of these topics, we can imagine that it would be impossible for just one Faculty to stand out in all areas. But what is most surprising is that a single institution, the FGI or Faculty of Management and Innovation, collects important awards that prove its superiority in relation to other companies in the educational sector.

In the area of technology, at the end of last year, FGI was ranked in the AMCHAM ARENA among the best EDTECHS, being the only college to rank among the 25 best Brazilian technology companies.
When we look for reference in educational practices, one of the merits received by FGI was the Education of Tomorrow Award, which demonstrates international recognition to the faculty for its innovative practices. The recognition was organized by renowned Bigtechs, such as Google, Samsung, Canva, Inicie and Edpuzzle, the award highlighted Faculdade FGI as the most prepared for the challenges of the present and the future. In addition to being the only college to be recognized at the event, these achievements demonstrate FGI’s commitment to innovation and the most advanced technologies and educational practices.
Evaluating people management, FGI was also highlighted for its practices, as the best national Higher Education Institution and the only HEI included in the list of “150 Best Companies to Work for in Brazil” by Great Place to Work.
When we asked the institution’s general director Leyder Rodrigues what makes FGI one of the most awarded colleges in Brazil, we received the following answer: “Our work consists of combining the best of technology with the best of human beings, thus transforming lives, careers and businesses ”. Online, Commercial Director Ivy Serpa highlights: “Students are people, employees and teachers too. So, at FGI we only connect the best technology with the best processes to extract the best from human beings.”
College data demonstrates that awards correlate with positive indicators of student and employee retention and satisfaction. All of this in an institution that has been growing exponentially for more than 4 consecutive years.
