O Roda Viva this Monday (6) receives Claudia Raia.

Marina Carusoeditor-in-chief of Ela Magazinefrom the newspaper The globe brings to the center of the program an issue that is still taboo in Brazilian society: whether or not to be in favor of legalization of abortion. At 57 years old and mother of three children, the guest actress doesn’t hesitate in her answer: “I’m in favor.”

“The woman who knows what is happening to her. You are not forced to have a pregnancy if you are raped or if you don’t want to, because if you don’t want it, it’s your body”, argues Claudia about the decriminalization of the practice.

“You need to have this autonomy over your body and over a pregnancy, a life that you will generate”, he adds.

Furthermore, the artist also says in the program that already suffered a miscarriage during filming of a film.

“I’ve had an abortion, but it ended up being spontaneous, because I made a film in Xingu and I had the yellow fever vaccine, and I was pregnant and didn’t know it,” he concludes.
