The grades were given, until Carnival 2024, after the last samba school of the Special Group passed, on Tuesday morning. This led to the controversy of associations skipping Sunday, after all, the judges could follow the news of the first day’s presentations at the hotel, as they only closed the envelopes at the end of the last day.
Within the approved configuration, which will already be valid for 2025, four schools will perform each day. Therefore, also in an unprecedented decision, the judges’ scores will be closed at the end of each day.
