Paolla Oliveira is spending time in Portugal for a new job and shared a bit of her routine there with her followers. The actress showed that even away from Brazil, she did not stop practicing self-care.

This Tuesday (30), the artist shared a video of herself working out and sent a message to those who believe that exercises were left out, as she is focused on work.

“You think that those who travel don’t work out, right? My routine is still up to date! Proud of Marco Valentim”, she wrote in the caption.

It is worth remembering that in recent times, Paolla Oliveira has been the target of criticism because of her body. During preparations for Carnival, the actress had her body, age and weight analyzed by internet users.

“He’s already mistreated me a lot, I didn’t want to see it. I had a heart attack, I was sweating because I was nervous seeing a horrible photo, seeing an arm that wasn’t what it was supposed to be. So, it’s a horrible thing. I didn’t wake up one day and I said: ‘My life’s agenda will be body’, out of nowhere. I was provoked, I’ve been provoked for years”, she told Fantástico.
