Documentary about David gets release date

O Globoplay announced the official title, in addition to the premiere date, of the documentary about David Britochampion of BBB 24. The production will be called “Davi — An Ordinary Guy from Bahia”, and premieres in May 8.

The title refers to a speech by Rodriguinho in the global reality show. At the beginning of confinement, the singer even said that the former app driver was just “an ordinary guy from Bahia”.

In the documentary, the public will be able to learn more about the trajectory of the edition’s champion, in addition to the impact of fame on his life. “From his childhood in Cajazeiras, to his participation and strategy to win the reality show”, states streaming.

It is worth remembering that, since Davi’s departure from the program, he has been accompanied by a team that is recording all his steps in the “new reality”.

Last week, the Globoplay had already released some spoilers about the production, showing some issues that will be addressed by the BBB 24 champion.

“What was the strategy to deal with conflicts in the reality show? What is the impact of fame after the 100-day confinement at BBB? These and other questions will be addressed in the documentary.”

In an interview with Gshow, the new millionaire said he was surprised to discover the news: “I never imagined that my story would become a film. I’m looking forward to seeing how my story will be told. I hope it can inspire many boys from humble backgrounds like mine,” he said.

The documentary has artistic direction by Duda Martinsscript Thais Amordivinoexecutive production of Anelise Franco and genre direction Mariano Boni.

Controversies after the reality show

Since leaving the most watched house in Brazil, David has been facing several controversies – one of them, about the crisis in the relationship with Mani Reggo.

The (ex) couple, who had been together for almost two years, put an end to their relationship. The information was confirmed by the Bahian himself in an excerpt from an interview for the High hourswhich will air this Saturday (27).

In the video that had repercussions, it is possible to hear him referring to the saleswoman as his ex-girlfriend when talking about the “shock” information he received after leaving confinement.

“They bombarded me with information […] And even my own ex-girlfriend, she broke up with me, she didn’t know how to respect my moment, what I was experiencing”he stated.
