Viih Tube vents when talking about the attacks on his daughter: ‘Money for bariatric surgery’
Viih Tube and Eliezer spoke to Fantástico about the attacks that their seven-month-old daughter, Lua, has been suffering on social media due to the baby’s weight.
The ex-BBBs revealed that the comments started when the girl was just three months old. The parents explained that the situation is now “out of control.”
“People are not worried about the health of the Moon. They want to attack. From ‘full’ it went to ‘fat’ which went to ‘obese’ and then ‘sick’. They said it would ‘explode’,” said Eli.
“I’ve been exposing my life for as long as I can remember. We’re sharing happy moments in our family,” commented the influencer.
The couple stated that they thought about stopping showing Lua on social media. “We had this conversation. I exposed my pregnancy a lot, and I don’t regret it at all because I helped countless mothers. When the Moon was born, we managed not to talk about it for a week. […] But I don’t regret it [da exposição da Lua]. I don’t think it was the decision to show our family that was to blame.”
“A comment that really stuck with me was: ‘You already have R$1 million in your account, you can have several bariatric treatments when you grow up'”, recalled Eliezer.
Viih said that what happened is causing suffering for the family. “On the pillow, he [Eliezer] only cry. And he really cries, losing his breath, because he feels like he has nothing to do. That’s what affects me, not being able to protect not only my family, but my family”, he declared.
The influencers highlighted that the situation will go to court. “The internet is not a lawless land. It is necessary to hold each individual responsible for the acts committed. A single comment attacks many people, we cannot tolerate it,” said the couple’s lawyer, Pedro Mansur.
“Honestly, I think people will only start to feel it when it affects their pockets. If you sue, you’ll have to pay”, concluded Viih.
