After being attacked by her son, country singer Luan, who is a duo with Marco, last Saturday (4/11), Andréia, the attacker’s mother, recorded a video taking the blame for the attack she suffered.

“It was all my fault, I take controlled medication and I drank a little too much, so I went after him and he went to defend himself and he ended up pushing me, but it wasn’t because he wanted to”, says Andréia.

The case is being investigated by the Civil Police (PC) of the city of Guapó and according to delegate André Veloso, both Luan and his mother have already been informally invited to provide clarification at the police station, but they did not respond to the request. Now the two will be formally summoned so that the investigation can continue.

According to the delegate, the singer’s mother must undergo a criminal examination. “Considering that the crime of bodily harm against a woman, in this case the mother, is an unconditional public action, that is, it does not depend on the victim’s manifestation or desire for the police to act.” explains Veloso.
