Luan Santana revealed why he put up for sale the R$50 million mansion he owned in São Paulo. The luxury property located in Santana de Parnaíba, Alphaville, a high-end region, was purchased by the singer in 2020 with the aim of living with his girlfriend, Jade Magalhães, when they get married.

“A while ago, I had this demand: I need to have a huge house, the best car. But I started to not feel comfortable in the house I bought. I bought a huge house in Alphaville, which had an expensive patroness in every place on the street. room, and I was in agony, I had to sit in these armchairs and enjoy everything”, explained the countryman in an interview with journalist Leo Dias.

The property has far from modest dimensions: the mansion has more than two thousand square meters of built area. The artist’s residence has five suites, ten bathrooms and a garage with space for 20 cars.

To give you an idea, the mansion’s main suite alone measures 160 square meters. Furthermore, the artist’s house has a large swimming pool, spa, sauna, indoor and outdoor gourmet area, as well as landscaping produced especially for the property.

The mansion’s main sound system covers the living and dining rooms, fireplace and television area, as well as the open balcony and the pool, spa and sauna areas. The mansion was put up for sale at the end of 2021 and was advertised on a specialized website for months at a price of R$42 million.
