In November 1993, Madonna spent a few days in Rio for the presentation of her ‘Girlie Show’ tour at the Maracanã Stadium.

One night, she left the presidential suite at the Copacabana Palace and went in a procession to Satyricon, a traditional Mediterranean restaurant in Ipanema.

After occupying a table, she asked the maître d’ for suggestions. For starters, she ate seafood. The main course was snapper (a saltwater fish) with saffron rice. For dessert, ice creams of different flavors.

Friendly, Madonna kissed the invoice, leaving a lipstick mark. After two hours, she returned to the 5-star hotel. At the time, the dinner made news even on Globo news programs.
