“This feels like a milestone to me. Forty feels like a gift,” she continued. “The fact is, I hesitate to call things ‘middle-aged’ simply because I might be a semantic stickler and might still get hit by a car today. We don’t know if we are middle-aged. We don’t know anything,” she commented.
The actress expressed joy and pride in keeping her word.

In conversation with Ellen at that time she stated: “I’m going to stop drinking while my son is living in my house (…) I don’t totally love the way I [bebo] and he’s getting to the age where he really needs me all the time in the morning,” he said.
