One day after the Federal Police (PF) of São Paulo concluded the investigation and indicted fitness influencer Renato Cariani and two other friends for similar trafficking, association for drug trafficking and money laundering, the businessman informed that his partnership with the fitness brand Max Titanium dietary supplements has come to an end.
‘Today my story at Max Titanium Suplementos ends, a company that I bravely carried on my chest and faced the biggest challenges for almost 4 years’, wrote Renato on Instagram.
The investigation did not request the arrests of the trio under investigation and they will all be released. Now, the PF’s conclusion has been forwarded to the Federal Public Ministry (MPF), which may or may not indict the three for the crimes. If the court accepts the charges, they will go to trial.

According to the PF, the influencer supplied a criminal drug trafficking network run by PCC criminals, such as Fábio Spinola Mota, who is identified as a member of the faction and was arrested in 2023 in Operation Downfall, which investigated an “international trafficking” scheme. and interstate drug trafficking, with several ramifications in the country”.
Cariani is suspected of diverting chemicals to produce crack and cocaine. To justify the departure of the products, according to the PF, false invoices were issued and deposits were made in the name of oranges, improperly using the name of AstraZeneca.
At the beginning of the investigations, by note, the Supley Group, which presents itself as the main food and nutritional supplement laboratory in Brazil, owning the brands Max Titanium, Probiótica, and Dr. Peanut, released a statement suspending all marketing activities that involve the participation of the influencer.
The company also clarified, at the time, that the Supley Group does not have commercial ties with Anidrol, a chemical company investigated by the PF.
