Fan displays Poncho on the big screen at the RBD show, and actor shares video

The actor Alfonso HerreraO Ponchoshared a video of the show RBD this Monday (11/20). More precisely, a fan’s video that showed a photo of Poncho on the cell phone to the camera that captured images for the screen during the show on Sunday (11/19), in São Paulo. The fan showed the photo and then kissed her, as a joke during the performance of “Bésame Sin Miedo”.

During this song, the RBD proposes a “kisscam”, as in North American sporting events. Cameras film the fans who are on the railing, close to the stage, and the idea is that they will kiss each other when they appear on the screen. Nobody had thought of using the space to show a photo of Poncho until then.

Alfonso Herrera is the only member of the RBD who did not agree to return to the group for the “Soy Rebelde Tour”. He is 100% focused on his acting career. Since the group’s end, with the release of their last album in 2009, he has abandoned any prospect of a musical career. He never sang professionally again.

RBD’s next steps

The Mexican group finished the Brazilian leg of the tour on Sunday (11/19). Now there’s just one more step left in the process. “Soy Rebelde Tour” to end the year: the Mexican one. The pop quintet will perform 12 shows in their country, starting next Thursday (11/23) in Monterrey.

The agenda also includes presentations in Guadalajara and Mexico City. The last show will be on December 21st at the Azteca Stadium, in the country’s capital.

There are negotiations for an extension of the tour to 2024. The rumor is that the group would visit places they were unable to visit this year, such as Europe and other Latin American countries. But there is nothing confirmed.
