Celso Portiolli reveals details of his last meeting with Luana Andrade: “I was super happy”; watch

Luana Andrade’s friends and family gathered, this Wednesday (8), to pay a final tribute to the model. Among them was Celso Portiolli, who shared the stage with Luana on “Domingo Legal”, on SBT. In an interview with “Fofocalizando”, the presenter recalled the last moments with the young woman. Andrade died yesterday afternoon, after suffering four cardiac arrests during a liposuction procedure.

The wake was held at the Valle Dos Reis Cemetery, in Jardim das Oliveiras, in Taboão da Serra, in the metropolitan region of São Paulo. In conversation with the press, Celso lamented the death of the 29-year-old influencer. “An unexpected loss of such a young girl. Luana was a wonderful work companion. A Christian girl, dreamer, family, who was living a very special moment. 2023 was a very special year for her. She was very happy”said the veteran.

According to Portiolli, the team at the Sunday attraction received the news with shock. “It hurt us a lot”, described. Excited, he also narrated his last meeting with Luana, who was happy to record her first advertising campaign on TV. “[O último encontro foi] Sunday, Sunday on the program. On social media, Celso also dedicated a post to his colleague. “I can’t believe it. I am devastated by the early departure of Luana, our beloved stage assistant. Luana left us at the age of 29 and she will be deeply missed. We send our love and strength to all of your loved ones at this difficult time. Rest in peace, Luana. Her memory will be eternally preserved in our hearts. Too sad”he wrote.

Luana Andrade dies at age 29

Luana’s death was announced by her family yesterday morning (7). She gained fame on the web after participating with her boyfriend in the 6th season of the reality show “Power Couple Brasil”. On social media, publications lamented the early departure of the influencer, who was only 29 years old, and expressed their condolences to businessman João Hadad. Luana had a degree in Advertising, and since April she had worked as a stage assistant for “Domingo Legal”, alongside Celso Portiolli, on SBT.

In conversation with columnist Kadu Brandão, from iG Gente, Luana’s manager revealed that she suffered four cardiac arrests during a liposuction procedure. The model was admitted to Hospital São Luís, in Itaim, in São Paulo, on the 6th, to undergo surgery. “She went in to have lipo. Everything was fine, with one of the most respected professionals on the market, and then this fatality happened. She went into cardiac arrest in the middle of the procedure,” explained the businessman.

Later, the São Luiz do Itaim Hospital, in São Paulo, issued a note about the young woman’s death.
