The price of a bet with 5 numbers is R$2.50. Bets can be placed at lotteries across Brazil or online. The draws are held from Monday to Saturday, starting at 8pm. If there is no winner in any prize category, the value accumulates for the next Quina competition.

Prizes can be claimed up to 90 days after the draw date. After this period, the amounts are transferred to the National Treasury for investment in the Higher Education Student Financing Fund (Fies).
