Banco do Brasil (BBAS3) approved the distribution of R$ 291,052,643.24 as remuneration to shareholders in the form of dividends and R$ 1,958,323,968.37 in the form of Interest on Equity (JCP), both relating to the third quarter of 2023. The information was released on the evening of this Wednesday, 8th.

The value per share of the dividend is R$0.10198860740.

The value per JCP share is R$0.68622202551.

The amounts will be paid on 11/30/2023, based on the shareholding position of 11/21/2023, with the shares being traded “ex” from 11/22/2023.

3Q23 results

Banco do Brasil had an adjusted net profit of R$8.785 billion in the third quarter of 2023 (3Q23), an increase of 4.5% compared to 3Q22.

Return on equity (ROE) was 21.3% in 3Q23, a drop of 0.6 percentage points on an annual comparison basis.
