The Fantástico team liked a painting shown on RJ1, on Globo in Rio de Janeiro, and joined the schedule within the Sunday program. The ‘promotion’ of the painting Cadeirinhas can be seen next Sunday (5), with the production showing stories of ordinary people outside the capital of Rio de Janeiro.
The panel led by reporter Chico Regueira emerged in the midst of the Covid-10 pandemic, during the population’s vaccination period. The original version won over viewers by often showing emotional stories from Rio de Janeiro residents. In the national edition, in addition to Rio de Janeiro, the reporter will walk the streets of Recife (PE), Belém (PA) and São Paulo (SP).
In three years of Cadeirinhas, Chico Regueira told more than 500 stories, with characters known at the time of recording. With two beach chairs, the journalist invited citizens for conversations in the center of Rio de Janeiro. “We seek to cover different regions. Recife is one of Brazil’s main cultural hotbeds.
