For the first time in the franchise’s history, Lara Croft can have an open-world adventure. A new leak indicates that the next Tomb Raider will undergo a major change in its concept, containing elements that refine large-scale exploration.

According to V Scooper, an X user known for his success record, the game will be set in India. While traversing a universe full of activities, players will be able to use motorbikes, parachutes and traditional methods, such as ziplining.
Furthermore, the new game’s map would offer an “unrestricted” adventure, with challenges spread across all four corners.
The next Tomb Raider game will be completely open world and set in India.

Another important information concerns the launch of the game. The leaker suggests that the title could arrive “in less than a year if there are no delays”. Despite this, this window could still undergo changes.
