But not everyone can do it like her. It happens that some companies end up failing to establish themselves in the market and declare bankruptcy, as is the case of a rival of Casas Bahia, Tkasa de Suzano, which collapsed in 2022.

The company, according to the ‘G1’ portal, decreed the end of activities on January 10, 2022. The reason was due to several complaints received by customers who made purchases and did not receive their products.

In addition to them, several businesspeople were also harmed. According to Globo’s G1 portal, the Suzano unit, in São Paulo, is where the largest number of complaints about the company come from.

During the period, Tkasa was waiting for a process to begin the next steps in terms of paying its employees. However, a series of complaints came about the company due to the ‘default’ received by customers.

Around 120 people remained without receiving their products after making their purchases at Tkasa, as reported by the G1 report. Given this scenario, closing the doors unexpectedly was the store’s only option.

Until the publication of this article, TV FOCO did not find any official statement from the rival company of Casas Bahia. However, the space remains open for further clarification.
