Madonna’s stunt double takes the stage and first confuses, then excites fans

For a few minutes, a good part of the audience that was at Copacabana Beach late this Friday afternoon (3) thought they had seen Madonna return to the stage to rehearse, on the eve of the biggest show of her career. But this time, the absence of a mask – which the pop star wore on Thursday – soon revealed that it was not the diva, but rather a stuntwoman who played the role of the singer in the test.

The brief frustration, however, was quickly put aside, and fans took advantage of the songs played at the rehearsal of “The Celebration Tour”, such as “Holiday”, to sing and dance on the boardwalk and on the sands.

In the late afternoon, it was possible to see dancers and rhythmists on stage. Brazilian singer Pabllo Vittar also participated, just like on Thursday. A stuntwoman was also on stage, which caused excitement among the audience until it became clear that she was not the “queen of pop”.

Since early afternoon, in front of the Copacabana Palace, fans were already circulating, including some cosplaying the singer.
